Do I need an appointment to come try on dresses?

Yes our boutique is by appointment but call us if we are available we'd love to have you in short notice.

When is the best time to start shopping?

We recommend you start 9-12 months before your wedding date. As you need to allow time for your dress to come in and also alterations. Shopping with more time is less stressful. 

​

What is the price range of your dresses?

Our dresses start at $1500 and go up to $5000. We carry a selection of dresses for every budget.  

​

Do you carry plus size?

Yes we carry a variety of sizes for all shapes. In store we carry sizes 6-26. Our dresses can be ordered in from size 2 to size 30. 

​

I'm eloping do you have dresses available off the rack?

Yes we have a selection available for shorter time frames. You also have the option of adding a rush to your dress order so that you can get it quickly.

​

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

We recommend nude under garments, a hair tie and some inspirational photos of dresses you love.

​

Can I bring kids/babies to my bridal appointment ?

We ask that you don't as it often is hard for kids to sit through and can be distracting to the bride and disruptive to other appointments. If you require an exception please contact us for approval. 

​

Can we bring in food and drinks to enjoy during our appointment?

No sorry outside food or drinks are not allowed as they don't pair well with white dresses. We ask that you refrain from bringing anything but water in. Thank you in advance.

What Designers do you carry in store?

We carry Martina Liana and Essense of Australia, All Who Wander by Essense Designs. We also have Justin Alexander, Sincerity and Adore by Justin Alexander. We also have Evie Young by Madi Lane as well as our own Hello Beautiful Collection. Newly added Collections are Abella and Wilderly by Allure. You can view dresses and price ranges by these designers under our collection tab.

Do you offer customizations?

Yes, we offer customizations. You can change your neckline, lower your back add length to your train even go as far as the top of one dress and the bottom of another gown. Your options are endless.  Creating the perfect one-of-a-kind gown is possible with our designer Martina liana.

Do you guys have Mini Dresses?

Yes, we do carry mini dresses by Heirloom Bridal Company. Come find the perfect second look for every event during your bridal era.

Do you offer Accessory Appointments?

We carry a large assortment of veils, overskirts, gloves, sleeves, earrings, belts, necklaces, hair clips and hair vines, scarfs, shawls and more. Our Collections are from Heirloom Bridal Company, Olive and Piper, Statement Gray, Grace and Goddess, Veronika and Daniele.

When is the best time to shop after having a baby?

If possible, we recommend 8-12 weeks this gives your body time to begin healing and settle into its new shape. Many women find their bodies and size change a lot in the first few months.

I'm on a weight loss journey when should I order my dress?

The best way to go about it is to let your stylist know, have her measure you and discuss your goals. Depending on the dress you have selected your stylist can advise the best option for you to go with. Remember dresses can always be taken in but only let our 1" or less. Don't wait to love your body to order the dress. Choose the one that makes you feel beautiful right now and tailor it to fit the beautiful confident version of you walking down the aisle. We also recommend that you let your chosen seamstress know about your journey so that they can adjust the timeline for fittings.

Do you recommend a seamstress?

Yes, we have a few seamstresses we refer out too. Ask your Stylist for details.

​​​​​​When should I book alterations?

You want to pick your seamstress just after buying your dress. Alterations are typically booked for 2 months before your wedding. Leaving your alterations to when your dress arrives is not encouraged as often you will have a hard time finding someone to help you.

Do you offer Plus Size dresses?

Yes, we do. Our sizing in store goes up to 26 however we can order in up to size 32. 

​

How many people should I bring to my appointment?

Less is more. Bring your most supportive, honest and drama free people. To many opinions can cloud your vision

and be stressful. This day is about you, and you want to choose the dress that makes you light up - not what checks someone else's boxes. 

​

When do I need to order my accessories?

Most accessories take 3 months to arrive. So, book your accessory appointment ahead of time. However, we do try to carry a bunch of stock but can't guarantee we will have everything you want in stock. 

​

​Do you carry bridesmaid, formal wear or mother of the bride outfits? 

No, we specialize in just bridal gowns.
